I joined my professional career in January 2003, from Shan Foods Industries as a management trainee.
at that time i had a degree in human resource but joined the marketing department because i felt my aptitude is more towards that side. the earlier months were tough as i had no idea of what this trade demands but later i learnt at a gradual phase and finally become a contributing member of the department . in my second ears opportunity of growth started hitting . firstly was nominated for south Africa visiting , but the matter was postponed latter i was sent to new Delhi to represent the company's stall at Pragatti maidan in International trade fair. after a month when i came back, i was resent to Delhi to solely represent the company in SAARC trade festival. when i came back, i learnt that my salary is doubled and am nominated to represent the company in fancy food Show New York. till that time , some thing mysterious happened and i got emotionally disturbed. i applied to a very small company M&A and even left that company in one month to Join Synergy Group of company. this was start of a new life for me.
i feel my good time started from there, got married just three months after i joined this company.got three promotions and pay raises in year. in the second year, i received my first car Mehran 800 in white color from the company. with a raise. further more, i started taking my MBA classes from CBm on the job. life was going great and i was flying like any thing.....
suddenly in 2009 , due to global recession and melt down effect in the country, i had to leave to join another company Prestige joining that organization was again a life turning experience and the effects of which i am still facing and passing through...
had resigned in two months from there, and rejoined Synergy. that i later learnt was a grave mistake by my side. i lost every thing my self esteem, my good days my life beauty from that day i am cursing my self of the mistake i had made in my life so far.
first mistake: leaving Shan at that point when i was to leave for new york was a big mistake.
joining Prestige was a grave mistake
rejoining synergy was the grave mistake despite the fact that i had two more options with me , one was to continue life at Kernel's Pop - a company joined as marketing manager after leaving prestige and after sleeping home for three months, also if i had to join an agency i could have joined orient McCannes as a senior account manager ..any ways
to add further to this i left synergy last year because felt enough of loosing self respect and decide not to rejoin job market but would rather o something of my own ...
